Purpose: Heavy duty gear provides additional clearance for propeller on aircraft equipped with smaller tires or ski’s. Also allows for take off with lower air speed.
Misc. Information: Main Landing Gear can be powder coated white, black, or gray for an additional $110.00 per side. Gear includes bushings installed in FWD and AFT upper attach fittings, as well as gussets and doublers supporting the lower legs. Gear does not include new hardware, axle nuts or brake lines. 1 1/2 axle nuts are available for an additional cost. Available with Airglas, Inc. hydraulic wheel ski brackets installed for an additional cost as well.
